What is the difference between the flying optical path and the hybrid optical path of  laser die cutting machine?

The laser die making machine has a hybrid optical path or a flying optical path. So what is a hybrid laser and what is a flying optical laser die cutting machine ?

Hybrid laser die making machine provides a table which moves in one axis (usually the X-axis) and move the head along the shorter (Y) axis. Flying optics laser die cutting machine features a stationary table and a cutting head (with laser beam) that moves over the workpiece in both of the horizontal dimensions. Flying optics laser die making machines are the newest type, which is advantageous when cutting thinner workpieces.

Compared with the flying light path, the laser beam propagation path length in hybrid mode is more constant and energy-efficient.
